Strategic Regional SHW Leader – Safety, Health & Wellbeing

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Regional Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Manager based in Scotland. You will provide SHW and CDM guidance to internal customers across Transmission regions, with a focus on proactive safety leadership.

You will partner with Lead Project Managers, conduct regular Site SHW Audits, and help develop SHW/CDM arrangements within the Transmission SHW Management system, driving improvements and incident reporting. Hybrid working with Scotland locations.
