Job Description:
JCB, based at World Headquarters in Rocester, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead advanced mechanical design for Backhoe Loader platforms within the Mid-Range Engineering team. You’ll own projects from concept to delivery, drive design change across global suppliers, and work with international teams to meet manufacturing and serviceability targets.
The role requires solid experience in mechanical design, proficiency with Siemens NX and PLM systems, and a strong grasp of BOM structures.
