Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer – Nights in the London area. The role focuses on ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by performing lift and escalator maintenance and rapid breakdown response.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits within the defined area.
- Manage the portfolio of lifts within the area.
- Respond proactively and quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fix.
- Perform minor repairs to maintain continual operation.
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level3 minimum.
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Committed professional with safety as a priority.
- Strong communication skills.
- Curious, adaptable, able to work alone or in a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
