Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer – Nights in the London area. The role focuses on ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by performing lift and escalator maintenance and rapid breakdown response.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits within the defined area.
  • Manage the portfolio of lifts within the area.
  • Respond proactively and quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fix.
  • Perform minor repairs to maintain continual operation.
  • Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level3 minimum.
  • Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Committed professional with safety as a priority.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, able to work alone or in a team.
  • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
