Senior Design Manager – Water Infrastructure Lead

Murphy is recruiting a Senior Design Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure and non-infrastructure schemes in partnership with Thames Water under AMP8. You will oversee design quality, programme, and change management across multiple projects, while mentoring design teams and coordinating with the site delivery team.

The role requires a MEng/BEng in civil engineering, strong MEICA experience, and proven people management.
