Residential Care Team Leader – Dementia & Elder Care

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a compassionate Bank Residential Team Leader to join their team in Builth Wells, Wales. The successful candidate will lead by example, support staff, and ensure the well-being of residents within the care facility.

This role requires experience with older people, a commitment to enhancing their quality of life, and at least NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Competitive hourly pay of £15.08 and a flexible bank contract are offered.
