Resident-Centric Building Safety Lead (London)

MTVH is seeking a Building Safety Manager to ensure safety, compliance and effective management of high-risk residential buildings in London. You will lead on Building Safety, Fire and Structural safety across the portfolio, aligning with Building Safety Act 2022 and regulatory expectations.

You will engage residents, coordinate with contractors and regulators, and drive improvements through the Golden Thread and Safety Case development.
