Logistics Coordinator: Shipping & Compliance Specialist

Oxford Instruments Andor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics Team Leader with daily despatch documentation and planning at Works Order, Sales Order, and Purchase Order levels. The role is based at Belfast HQ on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months, with training provided.

You will prepare import declarations, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, maintain OTIF and shipping reports, and help update procedures.
