Lead Mechanical Handling Engineer – Naval Refits (Hybrid)

Babcock is recruiting a Principal Mechanical Handling Engineer to lead a team delivering mechanical handling and lifting equipment for submarine and warship refit programmes at Devonport Dockyard. The role requires technical leadership across design, assurance and delivery within a highly regulated environment.

The position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office, and requires experience in nuclear/defence industries with Chartered Engineer status or active progression towards it.
