Hotel Duty Manager – Kettering Premier Inn

Location: Rothwell Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16 8FX.

Salary: £36,300 per year (estimated). Pay: up to £13.86 per hour for day shift.

Contract: Permanent. Hours: 32 per week.

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
• Manage health and safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience.
• Use excellent communication and organisational skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Experience leading people, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong customer‑experience focus.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
