Contract: 37 hours per week | Temporary until September 2026

Pay Rate: £20.75 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases and delivering effective enforcement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
• Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
• Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
• Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
• Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
