Salaried GP with view to Partnership, Stockton-on-Tees

We are seeking a salaried GP for a partnership‑view position at a GP training practice in Stockton‑on‑Tees. The role offers 5‑6 sessions per week (potentially more) and a view to partnership after 6 or 12 months.

Surgery Profile

• GP training with multiple trainers and medical students
• Tight‑knit partnership
• Focus on reducing GP workload with a clinical support team: ACP, ANP, and prescribing pharmacist
• Dedicated admin GP provides daily urgent support; dedicated partner/admin session frees clinical sessions for patients
• No enhanced access requirements in evenings or weekends
• High QOF scoring
• Coffee break each morning
• Affluent demographic with variety of patients
• Runs on SystmOne

Role Responsibilities

• Salaried GP with 6‑ or 12‑month view‑to‑partnership
• 5‑6 sessions per week (may offer more)
• Weekly partner session and weekly CPD session as a partner
• Workload is balanced: 11 new patients per session, 3 protected follow‑up slots (exclusive booking), 15‑minute appointments
• Minimal home visits – most home work handled by ST3s and ANPs
