Lead Digital Engineering Training & Transformation

Babcock is seeking a Digital Engineering Training Lead to accelerate digital engineering transformation. You will design and deliver world-class training enabling engineers to adopt PLM, MBSE and CAD tools across global teams.

This role combines technical training with learning strategy and change management in a hybrid UK setting. The position requires extensive experience in design of training solutions, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across engineering domains.
