Enterprise Customer Success Lead — Growth & Adoption

Klaviyo is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Mid-Enterprise in the United Kingdom to lead a high-touch, proactive engagement model for strategic, high-growth customers. You will report to the Senior-Director for EMEA Customer Success and collaborate with the Director for Large Enterprise Customer Success.

You will hire, coach, and develop a team, guiding them through complex executive stakeholder environments and designing adoption strategies to ensure clients achieve their business goals.
