Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee onboarding of new clients and introducers, working closely with sales team, external lawyers, and advisories.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with RM & BDM teams to manage onboarding, including credit searches, KYC approval, documentation preparation, and operational support for first drawdown.
- Contribute to the development of GF procedures and policies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of the client journey.
- Diary facility milestones, ensuring timely receipt, proper record‑keeping and review of all client information.
- Prepare client drawdown requests, ensuring all relevant departments receive required information promptly.
- Produce monthly portfolio reports summarizing client financial performance, covenant compliance, and collateral overview.
- Escalate new or increased GF client or debtor risks to the Senior Relationship Manager without delay.
- Engage with Risk, Operations, Finance and other functional areas to foster collaboration and keep abreast of policy and process changes.
- Maintain the introducer base, comprising corporate finance professionals, debt advisory experts, and selected specialist brokers.
Qualifications
- Experience reviewing legal documentation related to business finance and understanding relevant terminology.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to coordinate multiple deals simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑player mindset and ability to build working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment without compromising attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to interpret financial information, including balance sheet and cash forecast analysis.
- Understanding of operational aspects of business finance: receivables, asset‑based lending, and basic familiarity with legal processes and logistical requirements in corporate transactions and acquisitions.
