Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, B2B2C & AI-Driven

Lime is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Management to build the communications engine for Lime for Business. This role partners with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to craft onboarding, product updates, usage education, invoices, and renewals at scale.

You’ll lead Braze-based campaigns, refine messaging standards, and drive impactful lifecycle journeys for both employers and employees. This is a remote role requiring London residency.
