Hybrid Principal Planning Officer – Development Management

Carrington West is seeking a Principal Planning Officer to join their Development Management team for a long-term 12-month contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and home working.

The successful candidate will process and determine various planning applications, handle public enquiries, and prepare statements for Planning Appeals. A Town Planning degree and experience in Development Management are essential.

The pay rate ranges from £50 to £55 per hour.
