Community Library Advisor (Customer Services)

West Northants Council is seeking a Customer Advisor for Brackley Library. The role focuses on delivering frontline LibraryPlus services to communities, answering enquiries about books, and assisting with council queries such as Blue Badge and concessionary bus passes.

The post requires regular weekend working and flexibility to travel to other locations as needed. It is a part-time role based at Brackley Library, with a pro rata salary and 31 working hours per week.
