STEM Outreach & External Engagement Advisor

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, seeks an External Engagement Advisor to lead STEM outreach and develop the future talent pipeline. The role is based across UK locations, including Leicester, with hybrid patterns and about two days in the office weekly.

You will build relationships with education partners, coordinate outreach events and promote early career opportunities while reporting outcomes to improve programs.
