Lead Software Test Team Leader role in an agile environment with hybrid working (50/50). Report to the Software Delivery Manager. Responsibilities include leading testing strategy, managing a testing team, and performing hands‑on manual and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategy and roadmap with other team leads
• Lead and mentor the testing team, ensuring best practices and meeting quality standards
• Perform hands‑on manual and performance testing
• Attend fortnightly sprints in the office, work from home otherwise
• Advise on testing practices, keep standards up to date and modern

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manual software testing tools and SDLC
• Experience leading projects or test teams
• ISTQB or ISEB qualification
• Ability to demonstrate 5 years UK work experience for reference checks
