Child Health Hub Administrator & Call Handler

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is seeking a Children’s Health Hub Administrator/Call Handler in Kempston. You will be the first point of contact for communication with service users, assessing their requests and ensuring efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong telephony and communication skills, with a commitment to high-quality customer service. This role involves a mix of call handling and administrative duties, using systems like SystmOne to record and manage information.
