Head of Care – Lead & Develop High-Quality Resident Care

South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is seeking a Head of Care for Rookwood Residential Home in Burgess Hill. You will support the home manager to ensure safe, compliant operation and oversee day-to-day supervision of the care team, maintaining dignity and high standards of care for residents.
