Pastoral Support Assistant – SEND & SEL Champion

Witherslack Group is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant in Windsor to meet the emotional needs of young people with complex needs. You will help create a positive learning environment, develop tailored programmes, and work closely with families to support development.

Flexibility, good organisational skills and experience with ASC/SEMH pupils are important. The role includes training, holidays aligned with school terms, and progression opportunities within WG.
