About the Role
As Bodyshop Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance of our Harrogate and Sheffield repair centres, ensuring outstanding operational, financial and customer service results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, developing and motivating your teams to achieve their full potential
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction levels above manufacturer benchmarks
- Driving productivity, profitability and operational efficiency across both sites
- Managing costs effectively whilst maintaining high quality standards
- Ensuring manufacturer processes and standards are consistently achieved
- Creating and maintaining a safe, compliant and positive working environment
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where required
- Ensuring accurate customer data management and adherence to Group standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll have previous experience managing a successful bodyshop or accident repair centre and a proven record of delivering strong commercial results.
You’ll also bring:
