FM Specialist Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Process DOH within agreed SLAs
• Review Excel‑based DOH reports and assess chargeability
• Raise sales invoices and process credits and re‑invoices
• Update the Customer Portal daily with completed dockets
• Manage invoice queries and resolve errors
• Support continuous improvement of DOH processes

• Must‑Have:
  • Experience using ERP systems and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Positive, proactive team player
  • Ability to pass National Security Vetting (CTC/SC)
• Nice‑to‑Have:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a processing, billing, or accounts role
