Graduate Youth Worker: Learning Support for SEMH

Academics in Swindon is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH challenges, working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive choices and improve engagement inside and outside the classroom.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, starting in September 2026, with a daily rate of £90–£100. A criminology or psychology background and an empathetic, resilient attitude toward challenging behaviours are desirable.
