Transport Support Operator

Key Accountabilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information
• Printing all dispatch notes and replenishing dispatch paper as required
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries
• Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to, change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets
• Ensuring all uplifts are dispatched in correct loads

• Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Able to work as part of a team or individually
• Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
