Grounds Maintenance Specialist – Grass, Planting & Care

Merste in Hatfield and surrounding areas is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to perform grass cutting, leaf blowing, strimming and related grounds tasks. The role includes planting work on shrubs and trees, delivering services to a high standard.

Applicants should have grounds maintenance experience, good plant identification and a proactive problem-solving approach. A valid driving licence with towing ability is required, with additional licences and RHS qualifications desirable.
