Senior Care Assistant – Lead Care Team & Training

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for one of our care homes in England. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You should have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to residents’ dignity.
