Senior C# Developer, Principal Developer, Lead C# Developer, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Angular/JavaScript, SQL Server, Full Stack development – 50-60K
We are creating a new role for a Principal C# Developer who wants more diversity in their day‑to‑day work. The role combines hands‑on development (approximately 50% of the time) with team leadership and business engagement.
Responsibilities
• Hand‑on C# development using ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, WebAPI and modern JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Knockout or Angular.
• Lead a cross‑functional Scrum team, collaborating with developers, business analysts, software testers and UI designers.
• Engage with the wider business, set high standards for software development, and champion best practice.
• Keep up‑to‑date with technology trends and drive continuous improvement of the team.
Qualifications
- C# experience – full knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency with SQL Server database design and optimisation.
- Experience with modern client‑side frameworks (jQuery, Knockout, Angular).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
