Principal Developer, C#, Software Development Team Leader, Development Lead. We are looking for a Principal Developer / Software Development Team Leader to head up one of our Agile/Scrum teams. You will have full line management responsibility for a team of 4 and be involved in steering the technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence how technology is developed moving forward.
• Hands‑on development in ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Serve as a technical mentor and ensure best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Passion for web application development – Web API / C# MVC Angular.
• Excellent communicator who can bring out the best in the team while remaining hands‑on.
• Experienced in ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS or jQuery.
• Expertise in RESTful web services, responsive and adaptive design, working with complex databases.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• History in full‑stack development.
