Ascent People Ltd is recruiting a Graduate Software Support Engineer on behalf of a software house in the East Midlands. You will begin in a hands-on role delivering 1st–3rd line support, focusing on IT and software applications, and developing strong customer service skills.
You will receive full product training and gain exposure to ERP software, WEB applications and databases, with opportunities to progress as you learn Visual Studio and MS Windows.
