Senior Embedded Controls & Software Engineer (On-Site)

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Software & Controls Engineer for a permanent, on-site role in the East Midlands. The position focuses on model-based controls, embedded software/firmware, and on-hardware validation within a regulated product development environment.

You will work with MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow for model-based design, develop bare-metal C code, integrate hardware, and perform V&V on real hardware, ensuring robust control solutions across the full lifecycle.
