Senior Patent Attorney – AI/Software (EU/UK Prosecution)

Vodafone is seeking a patent attorney to manage its patent portfolio and lead drafting and prosecution activities with external counsel. The role involves proactive invention capture, disclosure assessment, and IP education in collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European and UK patent law, a degree in Engineering Science, Electrical or Software Engineering (PhD preferred), and be a qualified European and UK patent attorney.
