WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SHIFT SUPERVISOR WHO CAN –

• Open/ Close the business, to standard in the absence of the Manager
• Lead the team in delivering genuine hospitality to our customers
• Demonstrate excellent floor service and drive consistency on busy shifts
• Use thier knowledge to help and support the front of house team
• Communicate efficiently, ensuring the shift runs smoothly
• Continually looks for ways to improve the way we do things and plays an active role in ensuring these improvements are implemented
