Highways Maintenance & Safety Assistant (Hybrid) – Training

Lincolnshire County Council’s Local Highways South Team in Boston and South Holland is seeking a proactive individual to support Highway Officers with maintenance, inspections and minor works. The role offers hybrid working across office, home and site locations, with development opportunities including day release to gain civil engineering qualifications funded by the County Council.

You will travel across the county, using IT tools and developing asset-management skills.
