Senior Civil Design Engineer – Lead Design & Mentorship

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our London office on a permanent basis. The role focuses on hands-on technical delivery with progression into team leadership as the civil engineering function grows.

You will deliver civil design packages for building-led projects, lead drainage, highways, and earthworks design, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and other consultants. The position offers growth into leadership within a supportive consultancy.
