Regional Field Team Leader – Fibre & Customer Outcomes

CityFibre is seeking a Customer Field Team Leader to guide a team of Customer Field Engineers across North East England and Scotland’s Central/Eastern region. The role requires leadership, safety focus and strong customer delivery, with regular travel and on-site work across civils, repairs and installations.

You’ll lead, motivate and develop the team, ensuring issues are resolved on the day and that work meets right-first-time targets while upholding CityFibre KPIs.
