Practice Operations Lead – Primary Care (Maternity Cover)

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Assistant Practice Manager to join our primary care team for a 7‑month maternity cover starting mid to late October. We serve a diverse community of around 10,000 patients and work with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, nurses, pharmacists and administrative staff.

The role focuses on operations, workforce support, policy development and data reporting to ensure smooth daily service delivery.
