Role Overview
The Digital Asset Specialist for the Reckitt account plays a pivotal role in bringing structure and operational efficiency to our client’s MarTech ecosystem, focusing on campaign asset management, to support strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the upload of campaign-specific content to the DAM, referencing toolkit data, and update the internal campaign web portal.
- Support a global company where leadership, customer service, governance, and process optimization are crucial.
- Focus on successful campaign asset delivery into the DAM, implement process improvements, and foster global collaboration.
- Demonstrate adaptability, technical expertise, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute on clear guidelines and goals for global standardization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors.
- Understand asset rights, usage, and restrictions to ensure asset safety and compliance.
Process Improvements
- Execute against documented workflow and processes, while contributing ideas for improvements.
- Identify or support opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Regularly review DAM metadata options/fields and suggest changes to optimise user and search experience.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to learn best practices and align with organizational objectives.
- Be a strong team player with your direct team and global partners.
Client-Facing Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’ needs.
- Attend client meetings as required to ensure knowledge of the business.
- Provide DAM training and support to client team members.
What you will bring
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
