Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Work with pupils who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, medical needs and more.
• Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People.

Compensation and Working Hours

• Long‑term position – paid £95–£104 per day.
• Work Monday – Friday during school hours 8:30–3:30, term time only.
• DBS check required, safeguarding training provided.

Qualifications

• Degree 2:2 or above, ideally in psychology but any subject considered.
• Level 3 TA qualification will also be considered.
• Experience or knowledge of SEN.
• Confident, enthusiastic, with a love of learning.
• Passionate about education and supporting children with SEN.
