Reading-based Behaviour Support Specialist

Academics is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker in Reading to support children aged 4 to 16 with behavioural challenges, Autism and SEMH. You will work across classrooms and during unstructured times to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviours, collaborating with teachers and a pastoral/therapeutic team.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a start date ASAP.
