Football Programme Director: Lead a 1,100-Player Pathway

North Somerset Regional Talent Centre is seeking a Football Programme Manager to lead our growing football development pathway for 1,100+ players. You will shape strategy, coach development, and relationships with professional clubs to extend opportunities for young players across multiple venues.

You’ll oversee coach teams, drive recruitment, organise tours and events, and ensure high standards in player progression and programme quality in a dynamic, values-driven charity setting.
