Position: Fabric Maintenance HandypersonnLocation: ManchesternType: PermanentnSalary: £36,000 – £37,000 basic depending on skill level. Mon-Fri 40 hours/weeknWe are recruiting for a maintenance technician to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on several sites in Manchester. The maintenance handyperson will be responsible for general repairs, plumbing, lighting checks, compliance checks, fabric maintenance and minor room / building repairs.
The role is a permanent position paying £36,000 – £37,000 basic depending on skill level.
