Senior Early Years Portage Specialist | SEND & Family Hubs

Wigan Council is seeking an Early Years Senior Targeted Support Worker to provide support for children with SEND from birth to Reception. The role involves working with families, early years providers, and multi-agency professionals to ensure children receive the best start in life.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SEND, excellent communication skills, and experience in delivering Portage services. You’ll contribute to inclusive practice and support early identification efforts throughout various settings.
