About the RolennWe’re currently looking for experienced LV Cable Jointers to join a growing team working across the Lancaster to Carlisle region.nnThis is a mobile, field-based role working on live electrical networks, supporting infrastructure and connection projects. You’ll be part of a consistent pipeline of work with opportunities to develop further into HV projects.nnWhat You’ll Be Doingnn * LV cable jointing (straight joints, terminations, link boxes)nn * Network connections and disconnectionsnn * De-looping works on live networksnn * Testing, inspection, and fault findingnn * Working in line with DNO / ICP standardsnn * Completing QA documentation and handover packsnn * Supporting EV charger installations where requirednnWhat We’re Looking Fornn * Proven experience as an LV Cable Jointernn * Experience working on live networks (DNO / ICP)nn * 18th Edition (BS7671)nn * 2391 Testing & Inspectionnn * NRSWA (Street Works)nn * Full UK Driving Licencenn * Own van and full set of toolsnnWhat’s in it for Younn * £30 – £35 per hour (competitive CIS rates)nn * Ongoing, long-term work – consistent pipelinenn * Paid travel time considered – your time mattersnn * Opportunity to progress into HV work (higher earning potential)nn * Exposure to EV infrastructure projectsnn * Flexible, mobile working across multiple sitesnn * Work with an experienced and supportive teamnnAdditional Informationnn * Work will be across multiple sites between Lancaster and Carlislenn * Ideal for candidates based in or around: Lancaster, Kendal, Penrith, CarlislennApply NownnIf you’re a qualified LV Cable Jointer looking for consistent, well-paid work with progression opportunities, we’d love to hear from you
