Internship Overview
Prozone Realty is seeking a Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. This role offers hands‑on experience in contract management, legal advisory, and compliance operations within the dynamic real estate and retail development sector. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including:
- Vendor agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
- Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with internal policies
- Track and interpret relevant laws and regulatory updates
- Assist various departments in meeting legal obligations and understanding risk
- Offer day-to-day legal guidance on business operations and strategies
- Identify potential legal risks and propose risk‑mitigation solutions
- Draft and maintain company policies, compliance checklists, and internal guidelines
- Review internal and external communications, including marketing materials, to flag legal concerns
