We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected Northern Ireland law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Property team.
Unlike many larger firms, where newly qualified solicitors are often responsible for only one stage of the conveyancing process, this role offers exposure to the entire client journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of residential conveyancing, working closely with experienced solicitors who are committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of property lawyers.

The Role
You’ll work on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Title investigations and property searches
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with the support of experienced colleagues
