Senior Technician

Location: SouthwarkSalary: £32,689.74 per hourHours: 40 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Independent fault finding and rectification of SCADA system issues and plant equipment.
• Communicate clear instructions to MBT operatives; focus on plant availability and biological process performance.
• Conduct scheduled physical inspections in accordance with QHSE procedures.
• Carry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with shift supervisor and maintenance team.
• Record defects and findings and assist with KPI data entry.
• Provide line management with specialist knowledge to resolve equipment failures, material blockages and process inefficiencies.
• Prepare facilities for daily operation and perform pre‑start equipment checks with shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of the SCADA system.
