Complex Care Support WorkernnLocation: OxfordshirenContract: 0-Hour Contract (Bank)nService: Health Now Complex Care BanknnAbout the RolennHealth Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Oxfordshire. This role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs within community-based settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.nnWe offer flexible 0-hour contracts with 1:1 and 2:1 packages available across the county, operating 7 days a week.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * nn Provide specialist support to individuals with complex mental health needs (CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health)nn * nn Deliver care in line with personalised support plans and risk assessmentsnn * nn Implement safe and appropriate de-escalation techniques where requirednn * nn Maintain accurate and detailed care documentationnn * nn Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive behavioural outcomesnn * nn Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other professionalsnnEssential Requirementsnn * nn Proven Complex Care experience within CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health servicesnn * nn In-date restraint training (PMVA or MAPA)nn * nn Full UK driving licence and access to a vehiclenn * nn Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk managementnn * nn Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsnn * nn Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsnnDesirable Skills & Experiencenn * nn Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)nn * nn Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)nn * nn Previous experience supporting individuals with trauma backgroundsnnWhat We Offernn * nn Flexible working arrangementsnn * nn 1:1 and 2:1 care packagesnn * nn Opportunities available 7 days per weeknn * nn Ongoing professional supportnn * nn Competitive rates of paynnApply TodaynnFor more information or to apply, please contact:nnHelena
