Sales Ledger ClerknnAbout the RolennWe are recruiting for a well known business in Leeds and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team on a 16 month FTC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive finance function.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnRaise and post sales invoices on a daily basisnAllocate cash and BACS paymentsnDeal with invoice and payment queriesnLiaise with technicians regarding billing issuesnPrepare weekly revenue reportsnCarry out credit control and chase outstanding debtsnProduce manual invoices when requirednSupport the Finance Manager / Management Accountant with month‑end and ad‑hoc tasksnnAbout YounnPrevious experience in a Sales Ledger or similar accounts rolenComfortable working in a busy office or finance environmentnStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitasknConfident using Excel and accounting systems (Sage 200 desirable)nA proactive team playernWilling to support the wider finance team when requirednnWhats On OffernnThis is an excellent opportunity for a 16 month FTC offering stability to work for a fantastic company.
